Data controller

The site is operated jointly by VristoDev d.o.o (Belgrade, Serbia) and VristoDev Yazılım ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. (Kocaeli, Türkiye). You can reach us at info@vristodev.com for any question or request.

Data we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address and message, plus your company name and phone number if you choose to provide them. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we only receive your email address. Beyond that, technical data such as IP address and browser information is kept in server logs for a short period.

Why we process it

Form data is used solely to assess your enquiry and reply to you. Newsletter addresses are used only to send the content you subscribed to. Technical data serves the security and correct operation of the site. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis

Enquiries are processed on the basis of pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f); Turkish KVKK Art. 5/2). Newsletter subscriptions rely on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5/1), which you may withdraw at any time.

Transfers and service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel, form and newsletter messages are delivered by email through Resend, and visit statistics are measured with Google Analytics (Google LLC). These providers process the data only on our behalf and on our instructions. Their servers may be located in the European Union and the United States; transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses. We do not share your data with anyone else.

Cookies and measurement

The site uses one strictly necessary cookie that remembers your language preference (NEXT_LOCALE) and Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for visit statistics. Google Analytics produces aggregate figures such as visitor counts, page views and traffic sources; it does not build a personal profile of you. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which we also use, set no cookies at all. You can block cookies in your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. Google Analytics cookies are only written after you allow them: on a first visit the measurement signals start in a denied state through Google Consent Mode v2, and you set your preference in the banner at the bottom of the page.

Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as the business relationship and any legal retention obligations require. Your newsletter subscription is kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are deleted shortly after they are written.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted, to object to processing and to request portability. Send your request to info@vristodev.com and we will answer within 30 days at the latest. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Changes

This policy may be updated as our services or the applicable law change. The current version is always published on this page, with the date above updated accordingly.
